About me

Some time ago I was living my life feeling helpless, resigned and hopeless.

I felt I had no control, no purpose, I felt lost and empty.

I doubted myself and therefore I kept myself from taking risks, from giving myself a possibility for a better future, and from growing and having a happier, fulfilling and meaningful life.

This was my situation until I had enough and I decided that I was worth the risk and the fear.

I deserved to be happy and not just survive.

I finally listened to that voice that I had suppressed for so many years.

We as humans really have the ability to make things harder and cause ourselves to suffer longer than necessary at times, don't you think?

One day, searching for an answer, a solution, and help, I discovered about personal development and about life coaching, I fell in love!

I found my direction and purpose.

I studied, I healed, I worked on my mindset, and I grew so much.
