Coaching With Me (Full Hour)

The Way It Works The very first facet of my coaching is unconditional listening. I listen to your story, what’s happening in your life, and simply allow you to get it out. From there I am able to see what’s happening with you from a broader, yet deeper perspective. I can see where you are blocking yourself, how you are holding yourself back, and understand the process you are going through right now. The Ways I Coach In general, after hearing your story, the coaching happens in one of three different ways, which can also mean all three. Way #1 – I am clearly able to see a person’s spiritual awakening path. This means that I can tell why you’re going through specifically what you are going through, what the underlying theme is, and what you need to do to progress forward. I can clearly see the energetic/emotional blockage and what you need to do to remove it. This first way is sort of the ‘ah ha’ way where you walk away from the session with greater clarity and understanding of your path and what you need to do to progress forward. Way #2 – This is where we take the deep dive with Emotional Integration. This way is for those who are either stuck on their spiritual awakening path, have deeply rooted core emotional issues who want to be free, or people with PTSD who want to finally move on with their lives. The goal of this session is a lasting feeling of freedom and inner peace. Way #3 – This is when I get someone who already has a pretty solid understanding of their spiritual path. Now what they want to do is to leverage their new found spirituality into an entrepreneurial pursuit. They may need guidance in understanding what their highest vision or potential is. Or, they may already have a business or creative venture in mind and they simply need help in the execution. The goal of this session is for someone to walk away with an executable strategy and sense of direction. Sessions are an hour in length and done on Google Meet (quick easy download and join).
