3 MONTH Healing/ Self Concept Journey

It can be very difficult to find a community of people who are going through a similar stage of life as you and understand all the feelings and unknowns that come along with it. If you want to starting your healing journey but - Have no idea where to start - Are scared of being judged - Are just getting into spirituality This program is for you IF: - You have anxiety - You are going through a breakup - You are going through a spiritual awakening and you're scared you’re going to slip into a depression - You feel out of alignment - You don’t know your life's purpose - You feel like an outcast from your friends & family -You're just having a tough time in life This 3 month program is a great way to begin and I know you are having doubts like: - I’m too young for this - I’m too old for this - I have no idea what's going on in my life - I have no idea how I’m going to afford this - How am I going to find time to do the work STRUCTURE: What the 3 months entails: This program is separated into 3 separate parts. Let me begin by saying that everyone who joins will have access to my slack group, which will be a way for us to motivate each other throughout this process. Remember not every day is going to be great, that's why we have each other. You will be given mediations, journal prompts, and podcasts. And we will have bi-weekly group check-ins with me. **FOR EVERYONE WHO JOINS I WILL BE ON BOARDING YOU ALL INDIVIDUALLY PRIOR TO OUR FIRST MEETING DATE Part 1: Identify what version of you is hurting(what stage of awakening you are in) help you become consciously aware that it is not currently you Part 2: Identify your needs and how you can show up for yourself Part 3: Self Concep- attracting more of what you want by focusing on yourself Meeting dates: 3/22, 4/5, 4/19, 5/3, 5/17, 5/24 AFTER YOU SIGN UP: I will reach out to you to schedule a 1:1 meeting where I will be answering any individual questions you might have as well as onboarding you individually. Possible Questions: Can I only do 1 month or 2 months? Yes but to get full benefit of program I recommend being a part of the whole thing. Msg me on insta if this is the case. Is there a payment plan? Yes! You automatically have that option when checking out What if I don’t have time do meet or do the work for that week? It’s okay! We all have lives and I am very understanding. This is the least judgmental place. Nothing horrible is going to happen if you can’t make a meeting or if you miss a podcast/etc.

What you get when booking the 1 Spiritual Awakening Coaching (Catered to you specifically): When you purchase this coaching package you will receive: 1. 30 Min check in meetings 1-2 times a week with me(based off your needs) via: google meet, zoom, or facetime. 2. Access to text or call me with whatever questions arise throughout your journey 3. Guided Meditations 4. Journal Prompts 5. Podcasts Objective: Over the course of 4 weeks I am here to support you throughout whichever stage of your spiritual awakening you are at. At the end of the 4 weeks you will be able to: 1. Observe your emotions separately from who you are 2. Release attachments to outcomes 3. Flow with life **After purchasing, our first 45 min meeting is where I will send you an email with everything that you will need for that week and go over to make sure everything is copacetic. (This will be based off of our 20 minute discovery call).
