This is a replay from the Tarot Guided Breathwork experience focused on The Hierophant that took place on September 17th, 2023. We will be working through some journal prompts for deeper understanding of our path of tradition and belief, then we will come together to breathe and acknowledge the lessons of our journey thus far. This breathwork is perfect if you are ready to acknowledge the journey along your spiritual path at a new level of deep understanding. Prompts and link sent immediately after purchase.

This breathwork will use mostly alternative and rock songs with a splash of hip hop and even some pop. We will be breathing together for about 30 minutes, and allowing the music to help us embrace the themes of this card. This journey may include some laughing, crying, anger, ecstasy, and any other response you can think of. It is important to allow the emotions, whether they feel positive or negative, to sit with them, and then let them go. My goal for this event is to help you move through these themes with ease and with the goal of shedding old belief systems that stand in your way. This is an opportunity to breathe through the emotions and allow them to pass. They come up to be healed.

There are some body effects that can happen as we breathe. Some people become cold, hence having a blanket is helpful, while others may become hot. Some may have some cramping in their hands or face, which is a normal response to breathing in this way, too. If at any moment you feel uncomfortable with the breath, please return to your normal state of breathing until you feel comfortable, then pick up the breath cycle again. I am not a medical practice and I’m not medically trained. If you suffer from any serious condition you should check with your medical practitioner prior to breathing with me. This style is not advised for conditions such as acute heart conditions, epilepsy, delicate pregnancy, asthma, and some mental health conditions, too. If you’re unsure, breath normally through the first session, and pay attention to how you feel. Breathwork is a space to be imperfect, so follow whatever your intuition or your body is suggesting for you to do. Lastly, please give yourself time to ground after this exercise before driving or doing any other task that demands your full attention.
