As we navigate the first month of the calendar year, it is important to be ready to begin again. This Tarot Guided Breathwork will focus on embracing the energy of The Fool to kick off our 2024 with openness, excitement, and a sense of adventure. This is perfect if you're ready to start over fresh in 2024. Prompts and replay link sent with confirmation.

This breathwork will use mostly alternative and rock songs with a splash of hip hop and even some pop, and some more Yule themed music, too. We will be breathing together for about 30 minutes, and allowing the music to help us embrace the themes of this card. This journey may include some laughing, crying, anger, ecstasy, and any other response you can think of. It is important to allow the emotions, whether they feel positive or negative, to sit with them, and then let them go. My goal for this event is to help you begin again and start over in your life. Sometimes a fresh start is exactly what we need. This is an opportunity to breathe through the emotions and allow them to pass. They come up to be healed.

There are some body effects that can happen as we breathe. Some people become cold, hence having a blanket is helpful, while others may become hot. Some may have some cramping in their hands or face, which is a normal response to breathing in this way, too. If at any moment you feel uncomfortable with the breath, please return to your normal state of breathing until you feel comfortable, then pick up the breath cycle again. I am not a medical practice and I’m not medically trained. If you suffer from any serious condition you should check with your medical practitioner prior to breathing with me. This style is not advised for conditions such as acute heart conditions, asthma, recent surgery, epilepsy, delicate pregnancy, asthma, and some mental health conditions, too. If you’re unsure, breath normally through the first session, and pay attention to how you feel. This can also be used as more of a guided meditation if that fits better for you. Breathwork is a space to be imperfect, so follow whatever your intuition or your body is suggesting for you to do. Lastly, please give yourself time to ground after this exercise before driving or doing any other task that demands your full attention.
