🦋 Throughout this 1:1 program, you will explore various modalities and ancient wisdom traditions, integrating them into practical, everyday strategies for holistic healing. In this private 1:1 coaching course, we are building a foundation so the deeper work is not only a bit easier, but less overwhelming. It’s important to be grounded in your healing journey.

This format allows you to holds yourself accountable to show up for healing consistently. It’s easy to fall off when things start to get a bit challenging - but that’s where breakthroughs happen! You also get to book ALL you appointments in advance! You don’t have to compete for time on my calendar. You can reschedule and move those appointments around anytime at your convenience.

There is a 5 minutes grace period for 30-min appointments and 10 minutes 60-min appointments. Being later than these 5-10 minutes impacts the session and prevents you from getting the most out of it. You may reschedule anytime!
