HypnoBreathwork® developed by Francesca Sipma, is a powerful fusion of 

 designed to unlock your subconscious, clear emotional blocks, and rewire limiting beliefs. By combining conscious breath patterns with guided hypnosis and visualization, you’ll enter an altered state where deep healing and transformation can occur.

Each 1 hour in-person session begins with a brief grounding and intention setting. You’ll then be guided through a specific breath pattern to shift your state, followed by subconscious journeying using visualization and hypnotic suggestion. Integration and reflection close the session, leaving you lighter, clearer, and deeply aligned.
