EFT Tapping healing session
1-1 healing session with EFT tapping. EFT, short for emotional freedom technique is a method that combines somatic healing and cognitive therapy. It's great for overcoming limiting beliefs and releasing negative energy and stress from the body, by tapping on certain pressure points. In this 1-1 session, we will talk through 1 area you're struggling with, or wanting to enhance and I will make you a personalised tapping script. We will tap together and afterwards, I will email you the script and a summary of what we discussed.
