Reiki is a Japanese healing modality of alternative medicine, where the Reiki practitioner uses a "hands on" technique to channel universal life force energy. Reiki helps balance and align your physical body, your mental and emotional health, and can help clear spiritual blocks. It promotes relaxation, and reduces anxiety and stress. Anyone can learn Reiki (it is not tied in to any religious beliefs).
