1 on 1 First Degree Attunement
- Please have your questions ready prior to the meeting 
- Eat light meals that day
- No alcohol for 24 hours before
- Take prescription meds as usual
- Wear comfortable clothes
- Please silence phone notifications

*During the attunement, you may experience things similar to how you would feel during a Reiki session. Some people feel it physically, some feel it more mentally and emotionally, while others may not feel anything for a few days or at all. There is no right or wrong way to experience it, and each persons experience will be different. Let the energy flow, simply breathe, and enjoy the attunement <3
