Creating a Foundation for your Spiritual Practice

This is a 7 week workshop where we will go over some traditional practices to help build a spiritual foundation/routine for practice. Week 1: Building an Altar Space Week 2: Ancestor and Self Elevations Week 3: Tools for Self Reflection Week 4: Connecting to your Intuition Week 5: Meditation Week 6: Akashic Records Week 7: Spiritual Hygiene Each week is broken down into short digestible recordings. This workshop is meant for beginners looking to get started, and those who are in need of basic guidance. This is a way to set a foundation for connection on your spiritual path and begin taking ownership in what feels right and resonates with you. This course start date is 05/14/2024. Recordings will be posted on Tuesdays, 5/14/24, 5/21/24, 5/28/24, 6/4/24, 6/11/24, 6/18/24, 6/25/24. After those dates all of the recordings will be available. This class works best for those who are ready to hold themselves accountable and connect with their inner wisdom. It is focused on connection via the heart space, for those who are ready to do the work there will be a change within them by the end of the 7 weeks. Please note that a Whatsapp group will be utilized for questions.

Energy Transmutation Session

In this session we will connect using our heart space. We will engage in regular conversation lead by you and your guides/inner child/higher self. We will discuss some of the blockages and/or things you are currently facing and transmute energy together. I may feel pain within my body or specific sensations as we shift through the energy (this is normal as I am connecting to you empathically.) We will utilize reiki and the healing streams of light to help us within the session.
