Without proper integration, individuals can miss out on most of the benefits they could have gotten from the transformational experience. One risks wasting time, energy, and money for little to no long-term results. There is also the risk of activating more psychological instability and problems that can cause disruption in one’s life. Many seeds are planted during a transformational experience. The transformational experience is when the seed is planted, integration is the watering of the seeds, which allows the seeds to ripen and grow. The benefits of integration are significant. The risk of not integrating those benefits is that many, if not all of them, will not prosper.
