In-Person Reiki at The Well

This is an in-person Reiki session located at The Well in Federal Hill Baltimore, Maryland, Wednesdays 11 am - 8 pm EST. Think of it as a massage without having to move your muscles. It can be done in person, or virtually over Zoom. This is an in person booking. You do not take your clothes off for Reiki, it is a clothed and can be a non-touch process, even in person. I will adapt each session to your comfort and needs. We will first do a few minutes of introduction and getting started, perform the Reiki and then finish with a few minutes of bringing you back from the relaxed meditative state and discuss your experience. Results may include releasing of tension and stress in the physical, mental, and energetic bodies. You may cry, yawn, wiggle, burp, or even experience temperature changes, sights or sounds while you're receiving Reiki - all is normal and welcome, it is simply your physical body's way of getting your energy out. The typical flow will go: Few minutes of introduction and discussion of focus for the session 45ish minutes of Reiki Few minutes discussing the experience and anything that may have come up as well as next steps

In-Person Chakra Clearing at The Well

This in-person Chakra Clearing offering is for those who want to really dive into their energy blockers. We utilize the structure of the seven point chakra system (there are more but I usually stick to the seven) and as we begin the joint meditation, you will simply lay back and relax on the heated reiki table while I review, read and help us heal your energy blockers. Sometimes I meet guides, access past life information, or get other messages before we begin. First I usually begin by seeing the energy armor or shield, and then I see each chakra represented by a physical object. I am then able to see how that object needs to be healed or adjusted, if at all, and once all of the chakras have been tended to, I will then close the energy armor or shield and see if there any final repairs needed there before we finish the session. We will then spend at least 20 minutes talking about the visuals that came through that represented how the energy was blocked and how it got healed through the session. This is a very energy intense session, think of it like a deep tissue soul clearing. I consider it a sort of annual tuneup. This is for those that are feeling stuck, may have some physical pains, are trying to get more balanced and enlightened and are finding some struggles and need some clearings, or anyone else interested in seeing what may come through for you. Virtual Chakra Clearing

This is a virtual session for those who want to really dive into their energy blockers. This session includes both an Oracle Card Reading and Reiki. Based on what it is you'd like to explore, we might start with reiki or a reading or do a combination of both throughout the whole hour. Reiki is energy healing work that can be performed in-person or virtually, and promotes stress reduction, relaxation and self-healing. An Oracle Deck Reading consists of drawing cards from one or more of my oracle decks and performing an intuitive reading based on whatever it is that you would like to discuss or discover. Please find yourself a quiet space for the time allotted, anywhere you can be undisturbed. We will first do a few minutes of introduction and discuss what sort of energy clearing you may need, and then decide which decks we feel pulled to work with. We’ll finish with a few minutes of bringing you back from the relaxed meditative state and discussing your experiences. Results may include releasing of tension and stress in the physical, mental, and energetic bodies. You may cry, yawn, wiggle, burp, or experience temperature changes, sights or sounds while you're receiving the energy work. All is normal and welcome, it is simply your physical body's way of getting your energy out. You may find a single drawing can fill a whole hour, and sometimes there's more to learn so we can do multiple drawings from the same deck or even add in other decks. It's all based on you and what information you want to receive. Please find yourself a space where you can be undisturbed during our time allotted. I will send the recording and will take pictures of the cards pulled along with their descriptions to send as a follow up. Your virtual Oracle Card session will be hosted on Zoom.

A half-hour virtual Oracle card reading and discussion. I will pull from my oracle decks and perform an intuitive reading based on whatever it is that you would like to discuss or discover. Within the time allotted we will draw a card reading and dig deep into it through intuitively guided discussion. You may find a single drawing can fill the half hour, and sometimes there's more to learn, so we can do multiple drawings from the same deck or even add in other decks. It's all based on you and what information you want to receive. Please find yourself a space where you can be undisturbed during our time allotted. I will send the recording and will take pictures of the cards pulled along with their descriptions to send as a follow up.

A Year of Energy Work

12 sessions of any 1:1 offering to be scheduled at your leisure across a full year. This includes 12 one-hour sessions that can be scheduled throughout the year of your purchase. You can use the session time however you'd like with a blend of reiki, readings, chakra work, or more, and there are no rules around how frequently or infrequently you need to schedule your time (skip a month, then have two sessions, all is welcome and is based on what kind of energy work you need at the time). This gives you feel control of scheduling your time when it works for us and not having to go through the purchasing of sessions each time. This is 12 classes to be used within a year's time from first session attended. This includes 1 Chakra Clearing session and 11 Reiki or Reading or blended sessions.

6 Months of Energy Work

6 Sessions for the cost of 5. This is a special package for those looking to make a single purchase and have the flexibility to schedule time with me whenever you need it - think of it like energy work on retainer. This includes 6 one-hour sessions that can be scheduled throughout the 6 months of your purchase. You can use the session time however you'd like, with a blend of reiki, readings, chakra work, or more, and there are no rules around how frequently or infrequently you need to schedule your time (skip a month, then have two sessions). All is welcome and is based on what kind of energy work you need at the time. This gives you the freedom and control to schedule your time when it works for you without having to go through the purchasing of individual sessions each time, plus there is a $150 discount so you are getting 6 sessions for the price of 5. This offering includes 1 Chakra Clearing and 5 Reiki or Reading or Blended sessions. These can be in-person or virtual, and I require a 24 hour notice for scheduling time.

Wedding Reiki

Weddings are a beautiful time to celebrate love and life-building. Before the ceremony (days or even hours), a Reiki session can help release the couple from any sort of stress or worries that may be lingering, allowing both partners to feel relaxed, happy, and comfortable leading up to the I Do's. I take pride in creating a safe space, and will provide Reiki to each partner individually to ensure their individual pressures are released, and then provide a joint energy clearing together to set them off on the energetic path towards their spiritual unification.
