Your teen can work 1:1 with a certified personal trainer/ certified elementary education teacher. Shannon has a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and a Master of Science degree in Special Education. She has nearly 3 decades of teaching experience and works with individuals with disabilities.  Work to improve movement, coordination, motor skills, core strength, functional strength, balance, sports conditioning and physical activity. Perfect for children with physical therapy needs who may not qualify for school related services. 

Also focuses on athlete training and development in sport specific conditioning/ training.
