Home Design Floorplans and Concepts
Create the vision. Floorplans and concept boards. This option is creating the concept and bringing it to your space through illustrations and 3D designs. We build upon the Pinterest boards and take the inspiration to your actual space through floor plans and concept boards. This plan includes: 3 hour consultation Personalized Pinterest Board 1 Concept Board 1 Floorplan Bulleted list of ideas for space 1 revision for Concept board and Flooplan Each additional space $50$150.00
Home Design Spruce Up
Spruce it up. Our spruce-up service takes what you have and gives it a facelift. You will receive your Pinterest board, floor plans, concept boards and adds on a source list of items you could layer into your space with your existing decor. This plan includes: 5 consultation hours 2 Concept Boards & 2 Floorplans Sourcing list for purchasing items with set budget 2 Revisions for the final Concept Board & Florplan Each additional space $150$375.00
Full Service Design
With the Full Service Design package you receive floor plans, concept boards, source list of items you could layer into your space with your existing decor, as well as in-person styling and execution! This package includes: 8 consultation hours 3 Concept boards & 3 Floorplans Product list with set budget and select items for S|H to purchase 3 revisions for the final Concept Board & Floorplans 8-10 hours for on-site styling and execution Each additional space $250$500.00

Our spruce-up service takes what you have and gives it a facelift. You will receive your Pinterest board, floor plans, concept boards and adds on a source list of items you could layer into your space with your existing decor. Option 4: Full story. If you are looking for a fresh start and beginning from the ground up, this service is for you. You will benefit from all of the other packages but in addition, you’ll have S|H designers on site to create the space for you!$75.00
