My goal is to help you feel more authentic to YOURSELF! This coaching is for you If you are looking to discover more of WHO you are. If you want to more fully embody self compassion. If you want tools to re-parent yourself to let go of childhood trauma. If you're struggling to move through religious anger. If you'd like to reframe and develop your spiritual beliefs and practices. If you have or need to break up from a friendship. I'm excited to give you tools to live from a more authentic place!

This coaching will take place over 5 to 6 weeks. There will be five one on one sessions (plan on 60-90 minutes), private chat group to communicate and check in frequently! I say 5-6 weeks because sometimes clients need to meet twice in one week and sometimes you might need a little more time in between to process. So we go with the flow! 

My clients also receive a discount for future retreats! If you're local, some of our sessions can be in person (my travel schedule permitting).
