Spend 90 minutes releasing stored blockages and trauma from within your body in this powerful breathwork journey. You will be guided through a Yoga Nidra Meditation, and then into a 45 minute active breathing practice where you will unblock stagnant energy in your body, release blockages, and uproot trauma from your past. Spend one month in a 1:1 container with me exploring nervous system regulation and somatic healing practices. Each week for one month we will meet and dive deep into a somatic healing practice (breathwork, somatic shaking, etc.) to support the completion of your stress cycles and get you OUT of a state of chronic stress. You may not even realize that you are in this chronic stress state, but it is holding you back from healing on EVERY level. When you are in fight or flight, your body is physiologically incapable of healing. If you have been on the healing journey and nothing seems to be really working, this is your sign. Your nervous system is likely dis-regulated, and bringing you back into balance will change your entire reality.
