In this lesson, I am talking to you about the purpose of this course, and we will also be setting a desire state goal setting of what you want to experience after the course. We are also going to make sure you know your big motivating factor, so you can commit to re-setting your stress.

In this lesson, I will be explaining to you the meaning of stress and a mindset shift on your stress. You will also understand your stress triggers, how it shows up in your body and in your mind, so that you are aware of it when it shows up. Once you are aware of it, you will be able to use the tools in this course to regulate your nervous system and re-set your stress.

In this lesson, you will learn about your current belief system and how your beliefs / thoughts influence our emotional state. So when you feel stress chronically, it is because you have a long-term belief that isn't serving you. It's important to investigate our belief system about ourselves and the world, and program in new beliefs that will support the version of you that you desire.

In this lesson, you will discover what your current limiting behaviors & habits are that are adding to your stress even when you use it to distract you from your stress. When we create new habits, rituals and behaviors that support the emotional state we want, then we will experience less stress in our lives and be able to manage it through our actions.

In this lesson, you are going to learn about the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous system, and how to get your nervous system in the parasympathetic nervous system.

In this lesson, you will learn how to do an energy body scan to ground into your body and listen to the messages that your body has for you.

In this lesson, you will learn the importance of how your words create the life that you live. So, in practicing words and phrases that are going to support the emotions and energy of the version of you that you desire to become - you will inevitably become that person.

In this lesson, you will learn the importance of creating boundaries to ensure that your energy is not being over-exerted. When we don't have boundaries and say "yes" to too many things, we can cause ourselves more stress.

In this lesson, I'm going to teach you the value of Cord Cutting to be able to recover your energy that has been lost, so you are no longer stuck in the past or attached to someone that is draining your energy. There is also a Cord Cutting meditation in this lesson to walk you through.

In this lesson, you will learn how to call all your power back to you. When we experience hurt in certain past situations, we feel like we leave our power behind. You will learn how to take your power back and by doing the meditation in this lesson, you will feel so powerful.

In this lesson, you will learn the different ways to really ground yourself. There is also a technique / meditation in this lesson for you to listen to so you can connect to your 5 senses.

In this lesson, you will learn how to create a protection bubble to protect your energy from others. We often absorb the energies & emotions of others, and so, it is important to protect your own energy and emotions.

In this lesson, you will learn the power of EFT tapping and how to use it to program out and program in beliefs & emotions. This is a powerful tool to use whenever you feel stressed out because it neutralizes that feeling.

In this lesson, you will learn how to create and surrender to a new vision. Being in the parasympathetic nervous system, we have more of an ability to create what we desire in our lives. What kind of energy or expectation do you want to have moving forward? Write it down in the present tense as if it is already happening.

This 14 day course is designed to help you become aware of your stress, shift your mindset around stress, and learn techniques & tools to re-set your stress. You will have access to exclusive meditations, techniques, and a full workbook to help you understand yourself and where your stress is coming from. Stress will always show up in our lives because it is there to protect us, but re-setting your stress means that you are able to bring your nervous system back into the parasympathetic nervous system, so that you can turn off the stress when you don't need it.
