  1. To begin, let’s imagine you’re setting up a newsletter for all your contacts.

  2. Begin your campaign within the Campaigns section of your dashboard.

  3. Enter your campaign info - In this instance, you’ll pick a Newsletter template. Add body text, a header image, subject line, and a call to action button link.

  4. Attach any files (Top tip: include a gifted service or digital product for your first newsletter to keep customers engaged).

  5. Personalize your email with all the correct contact properties (the email you want to send it from, the name that will appear, etc).

  6. We always recommend you test your email before sending to check for any mistakes. Click "See how your email looks. At the bottom of the email builder.

  7. Once you’re done building, either hit ‘send’ or schedule a day and time you want you campaign to send. When you hit ‘save and send’, your email campaign will appear on your dashboard as “Pending”.

Boost page traffic and warm up leads

1. Create a “Freebie Fridays'' campaign. Send out an email every Friday with a link to a free downloadable digital product. This will boost downloads and visitors to your page- followers will find themselves regularly coming back to your page to find new additions (and hopefully buy products with a price ticket!)

2. Capture early birds and create urgency. Offer an exclusive preview to a new offering you have recently added to your page. Keep the free product/monetization block hidden on your Snipfeed page to the rest of your community add the URL to your email button. This gives your contacts exclusive, early access.

Provide insightful content to keep customers engaged

Send a weekly or monthly newsletter full of updates relevant to your audience and slot in new content you have embedded on your Snipfeed page, as well as new offerings. A newsletter with valuable content will keep fans opening your emails and boost engagement rates. Here's how to create a high-value newsletter.

1. Understand the purpose of your newsletter: Before you start creating your newsletter, it is important to understand the purpose of your newsletter and how it fits into your overall strategy. Is it to get more sales in the long run? Grow your social media accounts?

2. Identify your target audience: Knowing your target audience is essential for creating an effective newsletter. Identify who your target audience is and include content that resonates with them.

3. Make it visually appealing using the Snipfeed Marketing Funnels email builder. Make sure your newsletter is visually appealing by using eye-catching images and colors. This will help to grab the attention of your readers and keep them engaged.

4. Include a call to action: add a link to the button section on your email builder in your newsletter to encourage readers to take a desired action. This could be to click through to your socials, an exclusive content link, a link to your Snipfeed page, or anything, pretty much.

5. Test and track performance: Test different versions of your newsletter over time to see which ones perform best. Track key metrics such as open and click-through rates to evaluate the performance and make adjustments as needed.

Welcome new mailing list sign ups and customers

Set up a workflow to trigger emails to new customers as soon as they sign up to your mailing list or purchase something from your Snipfeed page. Here, you can welcome them personally and let them know what to expect from your newsletters. This is your chance to bring out your best content to keep your customers engaged - consider adding a free gifted digital product (link to your Snipfeed page or add an attachment to the email) and include insightful copy. See how @sunflowermindsetcoaching does it below.

Upsell to Existing Customers

We recommend using provided Automatic workflow templates to upsell your offerings to existing customers. This way, your upselling emails will be sent out automatically after a customer makes a purchase. Learn how to set up automatic workflows below.

Encourage repeat purchases

Send an email after a customer purchases an offering from you. Use this email to upsell products on your page that are similar.

Set up a loyalty program

Set up a flow of emails to reward customers for their repeat purchases. Offer exclusive discounts, free shipping, or exclusive access to new products to keep them coming back for more. Do this by creating an audience with a filter that isolates customers who have purchased from you a specific amount of times.

Remember: Your audiences are active. That means whenever a contact meets the criteria of your audience requirements and filters, they'll automatically be added. No need for any admin!
